Cut and glued on all gussets on rudder. Once the glue set on those I installed the rib strips. The rudder was a bit different than the rest in that the thickness of the sticks didn't match up like the stabilizers. I had to chisel out little notches for the rib strips to sit flush with the outside of the rudder. A few other areas needed chiseling out as well. The rudder is very strong and stiff when complete. I clamped the rudder to the vertical & horiz. stab to see what it would look like. Looks great and the eyebolt method of hinging works perfect. Weight is 2.8lb
